We assess your existing pool and discuss which parts can be retained, remodeled or replaced.
We work with all types of pool designs:
A commercial pool has more people depending on it. These are the things we plan together before work starts.
Public and shared pools are subject to requirements that private pools are not. We talk through what applies to your property as part of the estimate.
A commercial spa before and after resurfacing.
BeforeAfter Warranty terms depend on the finish and on the agreed scope. We explain what applies to your property in the written package.
Tell us the property type, pool and spa locations, the changes you have in mind and the person who approves the work. Include access restrictions and dates or events that affect residents, members or guests. These details help frame the on-site discussion and written scope.
Yes. A commercial remodel can cover the interior finish, waterline and trim tile, coping and the deck around the water. Handrails, lights, plumbing and waterproofing are included where they form part of the agreed scope. Identify which areas need attention so they can be reviewed together.
Raise preferred work windows, seasonal use, events and access arrangements before the scope is agreed. Also identify the property contact responsible for decisions and updates. Discuss the work sequence for your property during the estimate; a project duration cannot be established from photographs alone.
Share any existing inspection reports, notices or requirements from the authority responsible for your property. Commercial and shared pools have requirements that differ from private home pools. The estimate discussion is the place to identify what applies to the proposed remodel; this page is not a substitute for project-specific requirements.
