What services does CPR Pools provide?

Should I ask about resurfacing or a complete remodel?
Resurfacing focuses on the interior finish. If you also want to change waterline tile, coping or the deck, discuss a remodel so those items can be scoped together. Tell us what you want to change rather than choosing a surface-only project before the pool has been reviewed.
What information helps you plan a commercial remodel?
Tell us the property type, pool and spa locations, the changes you have in mind and the person who approves the work. Include access restrictions and dates or events that affect residents, members or guests. These details help frame the on-site discussion and written scope.
Where do permits and equipment fit in the build?
Design and the permit process come before excavation. Steel, plumbing, electrical work and the gas line are followed by shotcrete for the shell. Coping, waterline tile and the deck follow; pool equipment is installed before the interior finish and filling.
What happens after the new pool is filled?
CPR Pools begins startup and handles the first two weeks. You then need to hire a pool maintenance technician to continue the startup process. Plan that handover as part of getting your new pool ready for ongoing care.
Do you take on hardscape separately from a pool project?
The hardscape and masonry described here are planned as part of a pool remodel or new pool: decks, coping, walls, stonework, barbecue areas and firepits. Include your outdoor-space ideas when discussing the pool so the connection between the water and the yard is part of the scope.

How do I confirm the warranty for my project?
Warranty terms depend on the finish and on the agreed scope. Discuss what applies to your project during the estimate and have the terms set out in the written package.
