This policy explains how the CPR Pools website at cprpool.com handles information. CPR Pools is based at 14628 Tustin St, Sherman Oaks, CA 91403.

Estimate requests on DripJobs
Our estimate page displays the CPR Pools request form hosted by DripJobs, a separate service, inside this website. Your browser connects to DripJobs when the estimate page loads. CPR Pools does not store a separate copy of the request through this website.
The hosted request form asks for your name, email, phone number, project address, project description and how you heard about us. Information you enter there is processed through DripJobs so your project can be discussed and an estimate arranged.
Loading the form, or opening it separately using the fallback link, does not mean a request has been submitted. Check the confirmation shown by DripJobs after you submit. If you are unsure whether a request arrived, contact us before sending it again.
External services and links
DripJobs loads within the estimate page. DripJobs and services used by its hosted form may collect technical information, use cookies, or provide features such as address entry, security checks and usage measurement. Review the privacy and SMS terms presented in the form before submitting information or choosing text updates.
Other external links, such as the contractor-license lookup, also take you to a separate website. Those services have their own privacy practices. The estimate page embeds the DripJobs form. Our service-area map is a local image; we do not embed a remote map or video player.
Local pool planner and browser storage
The pool planner displays your selections in your browser. When you continue to the estimate page, a text summary of your choices and any notes is saved in session storage in the same browser tab. The estimate page lets you copy or download that summary and paste it into the project description on DripJobs yourself.
Planner choices are not sent to CPR Pools or DripJobs by using the planner, continuing to the estimate page, copying a summary or downloading it. The DripJobs form address and fallback link contain no planner notes or personal details. Loading the embedded form connects to its provider, but does not send your saved planner summary.
Session storage normally lasts until you close the browser tab, although a browser may restore it when restoring a session. Resetting the planner or clearing the saved summary removes the planner summary from session storage. Files you download and clipboard copies remain under your control and can be removed separately.
If session storage or clipboard access is blocked, you can copy the visible summary manually, download it if supported, or describe your project directly in DripJobs. Please leave out payment details, gate codes and other sensitive information.
Hosting and technical information
This website is hosted through Vercel. When your browser requests a page or file, the hosting service receives technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as the requested page address, network address and browser request information.
Hosting and security logs are separate from details you choose to send through DripJobs or email. Technical records are handled under the hosting service’s retention and security settings.
Calls, email and text messages
You may contact CPR Pools by phone or email. Information you send through those channels is used to answer your inquiry and discuss the requested project. Email for info@ca-pools.com is handled through Google Workspace.
Text-message choices for the hosted request form are presented by DripJobs. Following an estimate link or using our pool planner does not by itself sign you up for text messages. Read the SMS terms shown by DripJobs for its messaging choices and cancellation instructions.
Analytics, advertising and Do Not Track
CPR Pools does not add its own analytics or advertising tags to this website. Its website code operates in the same way whether your browser sends a Do Not Track signal. The embedded DripJobs form is operated separately and may load its own services.
These statements describe the CPR Pools website code. DripJobs, including its embedded form, and other external services have their own data and tracking practices. If we add analytics or advertising services to this website, we will update this policy to describe them.
Retention of information
Retention of inquiry and project information depends on whether it is needed to answer an inquiry, manage a requested project, or meet recordkeeping and legal obligations. Information in DripJobs and email is handled through those services; their records and hosting logs are separate from the planner summary stored in your browser.
You can clear a saved planner summary using the controls on this website. For questions about information you sent by phone, email or DripJobs, contact CPR Pools and tell us which channel you used so the relevant records can be identified.
Questions, corrections and policy changes
If you have a question about information you have sent to CPR Pools or would like to request a correction, email info@ca-pools.com or call 818-792-5020. Please do not email passwords, payment details or gate access codes.
Changes to this website’s data handling will be posted in this policy, with a revised update date. The date above identifies the most recent revision.
