Financing your pool project
Start with a clear construction scope, then compare the funding options available to you. A CPR Pools estimate describes your project; financing terms and credit decisions come from the provider.

These links open separate websites. This page does not quote rates, confirm eligibility or submit a financing application. Approval and the terms offered depend on the provider’s assessment.
Compare more than a monthly payment
Request the actual offer and disclosures. Compare the amount borrowed, APR, fees, repayment term and total repayment. Identify whether the rate can change, whether your home is collateral and what happens if you repay early or the construction scope changes.
Ask how funds are released and how that arrangement fits the written construction payment schedule. Keep the loan agreement and the project agreement together so responsibilities remain clear.
Read the financing comparison guide for questions to take to a provider and official consumer resources.
Prepare the project estimate
Share the project address, the work you have in mind and the features that matter most. CPR can discuss the pool, spa, remodeling or surrounding hardscape scope and provide an in-person estimate. Keep optional features separate while comparing the work you want to undertake.
Financial applications belong in the provider’s secure process. Please do not send Social Security numbers, bank details or credit documents through the CPR planner or estimate request.
